We went on the Turnbull Auto Tour and found some great wild flowers.
Unfortunately the only animal we saw was a hawk. If you look very closely, right there in the middle, you can see a dot. That dot is the hawk.
There are thousands of beautiful preserved land.
Grandma and Grandpa took us out to dinner at the Rusty Moose. Neither Mark nor I had been there before but were anxious to try it out. The layout and decor was just like Claim Jumpers (that was even our server on the left and we sat in that front right booth)
and the food was fantastic!
The next day we went carrot picking in the garden. This was just the tip of the iceberg, as my grandma put it.
We had pasta, chicken and boiled carrots for dinner. Boy are cooked carrots delicious! Thanks for reminding me of such a great way to eat carrots Grandma!
