The Job

Today I started my new JOB!! I will be working in all the restaurants in the Spokane Airport for HMS Host, but first I have hours of training on the computer. Fortunately they are giving me lots of free food while I sit quietly in the air conditioned office staring at a screen.

The Walden House

A weekend of celebration went from Thai in Spokane to The Walden House in Newport, WA. It was a lot of fun to see our cousins again and just spend time together. We had a lovely time.

There is a tree house in this tree that you can bring the tire up to and jump off for added momentum.

The Mow

The lawn needed mowing and I decided this was the day that I would do it. Mark and James were surprised that I had never actually mowed a lawn before, but now I'm really quite good at it. As long as you have the right gear...

Remember not to wear long pants in order to avoid grass stains or long skirts that could get suck under the lawn mowerClosed toed shoes to protect your feet from unexpected projectiles that get chopped up and spit out
and one rough tough glare to scare off anyone who might get in your way
