Mark surprised me this year with a Valentine's dinner. We don't usually celebrate holidays, but today was a delightful exception. I have wanted a dining table for a while now, and although we do not yet have a permanent solution, Mark put together a prototype. He bought some of my favorite ingredients to stuff and wrap chicken breasts, opened our favorite specialty wine (Jetty Cat Red) from Westport Winery, and even put together a little cheese and fruit appetizer. It was a whimsical evening at the best, dog-friendly, restaurant around.
