Tye-Dye

After making purple mashed potatoes...

i was left with a pot of purple water.

Although Mark was sure that it would wash right out in the laundry, i grabbed a white t-shirt and improvised safety pins for rubber bands and went to work.

Unfortunately after this session i was only left with a sort of blue shirt, and after a round in the wash the only change to the white of the cotton were rust stains from the safety pins.

Conclusion: Very cool purple water good for nothing but looking at. Mark was right; as usual.
